Who We Are
Emi Rose Events (“we”, “us”) is an event rentals, décor, planning and coordination company based in Spring, Texas, serving the Greater Houston area. This policy explains what information we collect through emiroseevents.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Information We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site.
- Contact form. When you send a message through our contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the reason for contacting us, and your message. These messages are stored in our own secure inbox so our team can reply.
- Event inquiries (HoneyBook). Our Request a Quote forms are provided by HoneyBook, the platform we use for proposals, contracts and payments. The event details you submit there (such as your name, contact details, event date, venue and requests) are processed by HoneyBook on our behalf and used to review availability and follow up with you.
- Newsletter (Brevo). If you subscribe, your email address is stored with Brevo, our email service provider, and used only to send you the updates you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your questions and event inquiries and to prepare quotes, proposals and contracts.
- To coordinate rentals, deliveries, setup and event-day support for confirmed bookings.
- To send newsletter updates you have subscribed to.
- To keep the site secure, reliable and improving over time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only for the purposes above: HoneyBook (inquiries, proposals, contracts, payments), Brevo (email newsletters), Google (analytics, with your consent), and our website hosting provider. Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Cookies We Use
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use essential cookies to make the site work and, only with your permission, analytics cookies to understand how it is used. We also embed tools built by other companies, and those tools set their own cookies on the pages they appear on. The HoneyBook inquiry form on our Request a Quote page is the main one. It loads as soon as that page opens, so its cookies are set before you type anything, and our cookie panel cannot switch them off. We use HoneyBook for every event inquiry, so the form is not something we can remove, and it is not something we control.

Your Cookie Choices
When you first visit, a small panel asks whether you accept analytics cookies. ChoosingEssential Only keeps analytics off. That choice covers our own cookies, and it does not reach the cookies HoneyBook sets through the inquiry form, which are outside our control. To avoid those, avoid the Request a Quote page, or block them in your browser settings. We remember your choice for 180 days, and we’ll ask again if this policy or the tools we use change. You can change your mind at any time:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working. To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, Google offers a browser add-on.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the link in any email. For anything else, reach us through the contact page and we’ll help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact messages and inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you, manage your event, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ settings, and cookies expire as shown in the table above.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and messages sent through our contact form are stored in a protected inbox that only the Emi Rose team can access. Our service providers maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information with reasonable safeguards.
Children
Our services are intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change affects cookies, the consent panel will ask for your choice again.
