Can the décor be matched to our brand colors?
Color palette is one of the most common customizations, particularly for balloon installations and styling details. Share your brand colors, and any logo or wording you want reflected, with your inquiry and we will confirm what can be matched for your event.
Do you have photo backdrops for company events?
Yes. Flower walls, shimmer walls, boxwood backdrops and ripple arches are all used as photo areas at company events, and they give guests a more finished background than a plain banner or a blank venue wall. Marquee letters and neon add-ons can be paired with a wall to make the area more distinctive.
Can you set up around our venue schedule?
Setup is planned around the venue and the event. Many corporate venues have a specific load-in window, sometimes early in the morning or after business hours. Include your venue, its access rules and your load-in window with your inquiry and we will confirm what is possible for your date.

How do we get a quote we can submit for approval?
Send one inquiry with your event date, venue, approximate guest count and what you have in mind. After we review availability and customization, we send a written proposal, contract and invoice you can review and approve online and pass to whoever signs off. An inquiry on its own does not hold the date, and nothing is booked or charged on this website.
How far in advance should we book a corporate event?
As early as you can, particularly for events in November and December when holiday party dates fill quickly, and for any event tied to a fixed date such as an opening or an anniversary. If your event is soon, still reach out and we will check availability.
